Just Like Heaven

Funnily enough I've been thinking about lots of things this week, but on New Years Day we went to the cinema, and saw 'Just Like Heaven'. It was good enough that I think it is worth a mention.

It should a bit of a chick-flick and a standard rom-com with a twist, but it isn't. It's a pretty, good-looking, funny, clever little film that Hol and I loved. It's not predictable, but it's comfortable. It's a nice pace. Mark Ruffalo (David) does a really good job of being slow and lumbering when he needs to be, but the acting is great when his character opens up, and Reese Witherspoon (Elizabeth) is as good as ever. If you liked 'Election' or 'Sweet Home Alabama' you'll probably like this too.

Oh, and Jon Heder as Darryl is mystifyingly amusing.

Even Little Lou liked it!
