Though hand over dates are often quite flexible where builders and contractors are concerned, no matter what size or type, sometimes they really do end up a bit problematic. Not that the guys on the ground are usually the problem; it's often design changes and supply issues.
Why am I telling you this? Simply because the hall has not been officially handed over. This means that we will not be able to meet in the hall.
We will still meet at the school, but it will be outside. Seriously.
